Since J&G Homes inception in 1995, Jim Horton has set out to provide home ownership and affordable options all around the community. Jim started J & G Homes in 1995, and Karen Horton (Jim’s wife) joined the business when the development of Jamestown Estates began in early 2000’s, and now all three children are a part of carrying out Mr. Horton’s mission of providing home ownership while providing quality and affordable prices. The passion for helping others find their homes has allowed J&G Homes to grow to 4 communities in the Anderson County Area. Julia is the oldest, and is known for her design skills, and has a background in accounting. Julia is married to Chris Hubbard, and they have three children, Mason, Morgan, and Madeline. Jana is the middle child, and she is the sales contact and community manager, and James is the youngest, and handles new site development and maintenance/service requests. We believe in developing relationships with our residents and have a desire for helping those find their dream homes in any of our communities.

Mr. Horton has over 50 years’ experience in real estate, development, and manufactured housing. He is a member of the Tennessee Manufactured Housing Association, Manufactured Home Retailer through the State of Tennessee, and has a real estate brokerage license.
