Cedar View is located off Exit 122 Norris/Clinton exit minutes from interstate 75. Cedar View is the smaller of the communities with only 20 lots, and only include single wide manufactured homes like Woodhaven and is also connected to Woodhaven. Cedar View is minutes from Norris Damn State Park, downtown historic Clinton and Norris. Even though Cedar View is the smallest community, all the residents have developed and maintained good, positive resident relations.
